I tried adding my contacts a few times, but they just wouldn’t save properly. It was frustrating because I expected it to be super simple to manage them.

I mainly got this because I wanted to make my profile look decent, but what a joke. The customization options are super limited, there aren’t many layouts to choose from, and even changing simple things feels clunky. For something that’s supposed to help your profile feel personal, it ended up looking really basic. Definitely not worth it for me

The tag itself looks fine, but the QR code ain't exactly dependable. It worked on my phone, but it wouldn't scan for my wife at all. Not super happy with that, since it made the whole thing kind of annoying.

I sent emails to support and then just kept checking my inbox like, okay, maybe today? But nope. I never got a reply, and after a while it felt like I was just talking to myself.

I was really disappointed with this tag. Mine cracked after just a few weeks of use, so it didn’t hold up as well as I expected.

"Alerts take forever"
I got this because I wanted quick alerts, but the notifications are way too slow. By the time one finally pops up, the moment has basically passed, like, give me a break. I messed around with the settings hoping it would help, but it didn’t really make much of a difference. Frustrating and definitely not what I expected

"Location alerts were way off"
I got this for my dog hoping it would give me some peace of mind, but honestly... the location alerts were wrong most of the time. It kept saying he was in places he definitely wasn’t, which is frustrating. When you’re trying to find your pet quickly, you need the info to be accurate, and this just wasn’t helpful for me.

"Bad timing made the late delivery more frustrating"
I ordered a ByteTag for my dog and the checkout part was totally fine. no complaints there — it was quick and easy enough.
The annoying part was everything after that. The shipping took longer than the estimate, and of course it showed up at the worst possible time because I’d ordered it before a trip and really needed it sooner. I also didn’t get many updates unless I reached out, and when I emailed support, the reply was basic and came about two days later.
The tag does work, so it’s not a total loss, but setting it up on my phone felt a little clunky. Maybe I was already irritated because of the bad timing, but for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel smoother.

I was way more annoyed by this than I expected. The tag felt cheap right out of the package, but I figured, whatever, as long as it works. Then after about a week it just stopped scanning completely. A WEEK. At that point it may as well have been a tiny piece of trash with a label on it. Disappointing and definitely not worth it

The weird part is, support kept replying like they were helping, but the issue never actually got fixed. I kept waiting for a real solution, and it just never came.

My delivery timing was all over the place, and it ended up being frustrating. I’m not sure what happened, but it kind of felt like the order may have been sitting around or got bumped behind others. Either way, it wasn’t reliable for me.

Tbh, it felt overpriced for what you actually get. Setup was fine, nothing too annoying, but the value just wasn’t there for me. I feel like I could’ve gotten the same thing cheaper somewhere else. Expected more after paying for it, and ngl I kinda regret buying it

My order showed up in this really flimsy package, and the box was all bent up. I was a little embarrassed opening it because the first impression just felt cheap. The tag itself was fine, but I really expected it to be packed better.

"Engraving is way too faint"
I got my ByteTag and I’m disappointed with the engraving. The letters are shallow and uneven, and it already looks like it could wear down quickly. The tag itself is fine, but the engraving makes the whole thing feel cheaper than it should for the price. What’s frustrating is that it feels like one of those policy loopholes where it technically counts as “customized,” so you’re kind of stuck with it even if the quality isn’t great. I expected it to be much clearer and more readable.

"Feels cheap and flimsy"
I was disappointed when this arrived. The material feels really cheap and flimsy, not at all what I expected for the price. I don’t think it’s going to hold up well with regular use, and I’d really appreciate some kind of refund or compensation for the poor quality.
